Our Internet pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the cancellation.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter or after the purpose no longer applies. We reserve the right to delete or block e-mail addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.
After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
Sending newsletters to existing customers
If you order goods or services from us and provide your email address in the process, we may subsequently use this email address to send you newsletters, provided we inform you of this in advance. In such cases, the newsletter will only contain direct marketing for our own similar goods or services. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time. A link for this purpose is included in every newsletter. The legal basis for sending the newsletter in this case is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(3) of the UWG.
Once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter mailing list, your email address may be added to a blacklist to prevent future mailings from being sent to you. The data from the blacklist will be used solely for this purpose and will not be combined with any other data. This serves both your interests and our interest in complying with legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). There is no time limit on storage on the blacklist. You may object to this storage provided that your interests override our legitimate interest.

8. Online marketing and affiliate programmes
Affiliate programmes on this website
We participate in affiliate partner programmes. In affiliate partner programmes, a company's advertisements are placed on websites or other media of other companies in the affiliate partner network. If you click on one of these affiliate adverts, you will be redirected to the advertised offer. If you subsequently make a certain transaction (conversion), the affiliate and, if applicable, the owner of the medium on which the advert was placed will receive a fee for this. Processing of customer and contract data
We collect, process and use personal customer and contract data to establish, organise the content of and amend our contractual relationships. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The customer data collected will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiry of any existing statutory retention periods. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the credit institution responsible for processing payments.
Further transmission of the data will not take place or will only take place if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
10. Audio and video conferences
Data processing
We use online conferencing tools, among others, to communicate with our customers. The individual tools we use are listed below. If you communicate with us by video or audio conference via the internet, your personal data will be collected and processed by us and the provider of the respective conference tool.
The conference tools collect all data that you provide/enter to use the tools (email address and/or your telephone number). The conference tools also process the duration of the conference, the start and end (time) of participation in the conference, the number of participants and other "contextual information" in connection with the communication process (metadata).
Furthermore, the provider of the tool processes all technical data that is required to process the online communication. This includes, in particular, IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, device type, operating system type and version, client version, camera type, microphone or loudspeaker and the type of connection.
If content is exchanged, uploaded or provided in any other way within the tool, it is also stored on the tool provider's servers. Such content includes, in particular, cloud recordings, chat/instant messages, voicemails, uploaded photos and videos, files, whiteboards and other information that is shared while using the service.
Please note that we do not have full control over the data processing procedures of the tools used. Our options are largely determined by the company policy of the respective provider. Further information on data processing by the conference tools can be found in the data protection declarations of the tools used, which we have listed below this text.
Purpose and legal basis
The conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
