When placing an order, you provide all content such as the logo, texts and their translations, images, fonts, audios and videos as well as licence rights for these or, if applicable, general terms and conditions and cancellation policy for a shop. If possible and desired, these can also be provided as a separate service.

- The update administration includes the installation of current updates for WordPress, theme, plugins (excl. licence fees) as well as a functional check of the website. Work to rectify errors caused by updates will be charged additionally on a time and material basis. The update administration is charged in advance as an annual subscription and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the month; pro rata annual fees will be refunded. Third-party projects require an initial check, which is charged separately once at cost.
